Fally Ipupa

Famed Congolese singer Fally Ipupa wowed his fans with a stunning concert at Sheraton Gardens in Kampala, Uganda. This was his second performance in the country that weekend, having already put on a show in Arua the previous night.

Despite the cloudy Sunday evening, fans lined up at the venue as early as 8 PM, eager to witness the show. The event, organized by Fenon Events, featured an impressive stage setup with large LED video walls and intelligent lighting that set the mood for an unforgettable evening.

The night kicked off with a performance from Abeeka Band, who energized the crowd with popular club hits. By the time Fally took the stage at 10 PM, the audience was buzzing with excitement, ready to enjoy the show.

I&M Bank Uganda’s Support

I&M Bank Uganda played a key role in supporting the concert. Mwihaki Wachira, the Group Head of Marketing for the bank, attended the event and expressed her joy at being part of such an exciting experience. She noted that the bank takes pride in creating moments like these for its customers and the community.

A Powerful Performance

Fally Ipupa’s performance was nothing short of electrifying. The audience, which included many Congolese nationals living in Uganda, sang along to several of his hit songs, including Mayday, a deeply emotional song about love and loss. Other popular tracks like Eloko Oyo, Maria, Asfana, Bloque, and Science Fiction had the crowd dancing and cheering throughout the night.

Fally was accompanied by his talented dance crew, with the women dressed in matching pink and white outfits, while the men wore white tees and black jeans. Their synchronized dance moves added to the energy of the performance, but it was Fally’s signature slow waist-gyrating moves that really got the crowd excited.

For two hours, Fally kept the audience entertained with his charismatic performance, leaving them fully satisfied by the end of the night. Fans walked away happy, feeling they had truly gotten their money’s worth from the evening.

In conclusion, Fally Ipupa’s concert in Kampala was a remarkable success, thanks to his undeniable talent, the support of sponsors like I&M Bank, and the enthusiasm of his fans. It was a night filled with music, dance, and unforgettable memories.
