The road to glory has officially begun. On Monday, the 2026 Golden Globes nominations were announced.
This announcement marks the beginning of Hollywood’s awards season. Furthermore, it sets the stage for the Oscars in March.
The winners will be revealed during the ceremony on January 11.
Leading Contenders
This year’s list highlights a diverse range of talent across film and television. “One Battle After Another” leads the film pack with an impressive nine nominations. Closely following is “Sentimental Value” with eight nods. Additionally, “Sinners” secured seven nominations.
In the television categories, the competition is fierce. Top contenders include the political drama “The Diplomat” and the medical series “The Pitt.” The satirical anthology “The White Lotus” also received significant recognition.
