Kyerematen-Jimoh’s career progression at IBM was remarkable. After her role in marketing, she moved to Nairobi, Kenya, where she led strategy for Central, East, and West Africa, collaborating closely with IBM’s U.S. team. Her expertise and leadership skills earned her a historic appointment as the first female Country General Manager for IBM in Ghana.
Leading operations in 35 African countries, including Nigeria, Kenya, Morocco, and Ghana, she played a key role in IBM’s regional success. This led her to join Microsoft as the strategic partnership lead in its Africa Transformation Office, a role that further fueled her vision for her own company.
