Beijing Hosts Global Civilizations Dialogue Meeting

The Global Civilizations Dialogue Ministerial Meeting kicked off in Beijing on Thursday, July 10, 2025, under the theme:

“Safeguarding Diversity of Human Civilizations for World Peace and Development”.

Co-hosted by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, this two-day event has gathered over 600 guests from 140 countries and regions.

International Perspectives

Foreign experts attending the meeting have lauded China’s international cooperation, highlighting the diverse range of Chinese products in their home markets as a clear sign of robust trade and cultural exchanges.

This variety showcases the strength of global partnerships built through mutual engagement, reflecting China’s growing influence on the world stage.

Call for Deeper Collaboration

Participants emphasized that deepening exchanges and cooperation is crucial for achieving common prosperity and development.

They argued that mutual learning among civilizations could address global challenges such as conflict, inequality, and climate change, fostering a more inclusive international community.

One delegate noted, “Diversity is our strength; collaboration is our future.”

The meeting underscores China’s push to promote a multipolar world order, leveraging its economic and cultural outreach.

With attendees from diverse backgrounds, the dialogue aims to bridge gaps between nations, though its success depends on actionable outcomes.
