Morroco Season

Cooler weather is here. Morocco is gearing up for a lively tourist season. It starts today, October 16, 2025, at 08:05 PM WAT. More people are visiting this year. The fall season promises excitement.

Visitors Keep Coming

Morocco has seen a steady flow of travelers. They love the cities and mountains. Local innkeepers report full bookings. Abdellah Ansikene runs a small guesthouse in Marrakech. All seven rooms are taken. “Fall is our busy time,” he says. The mild weather draws crowds.

Marrakech Shines Bright

Marrakech is a top spot. It has over 1,500 traditional guesthouses. These are in old neighborhoods. They bring life to the local economy. Artisans and workers thrive thanks to tourism.

Visitor Christina Boon smiles. “People are kind. It feels safe. The food is great. We’re happy here,” she says.

The city sees millions of overnight stays yearly. It attracts all kinds of travelers. But the rush raises questions. Can the city handle more people?

New Plans for Luxury

Leaders want to improve the experience. A local expert notes Morocco is adding new options. Upscale hotels and fine dining spots are growing.

These target visitors with more to spend. This week, officials launched a big project. They plan to boost tourism in a desert town. The goal is to welcome even more guests.

Morocco blends its rich past with modern appeal. The season looks promising.
