Scania Tanzania to Supply Gas-Powered Buses for BRT Project

Dar es Salaam, Tanzania – In a significant move towards sustainable public transportation, Scania Tanzania has announced its partnership with the government to supply gas-powered buses for the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project. This collaboration marks a pivotal step in enhancing the efficiency of public transport while reducing carbon emissions in the bustling city of Dar es Salaam.

The supply of gas-powered buses aligns with Tanzania’s commitment to promote environmentally friendly transport solutions. Scania Tanzania’s Managing Director, Maria Mbogo, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership. “We are proud to contribute to the BRT project with our advanced gas-powered buses.
